Gradhaven Montana
Gradhaven Montana is situated at 249 Voortrekker Road, Parow — a central, well-connected location in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. The building has been recently refurbished to a high standard, providing 70 beds across premium shared, standard dormitory, and standard shared ensuite categories.
Montana is designed for students attending nearby institutions including CPUT Bellville Campus, the University of the Western Cape, False Bay TVET College, and other institutions accessible by rail and bus from Parow Station.
Our refurbishment prioritised the things that matter most to students and their parents: security, reliable infrastructure, study spaces, and a clean living environment managed by professionals.

What parents need to know
Is it safe?
Yes. Montana has 24/7 on-site security, CCTV, and access-controlled entry. Only registered residents and approved visitors may enter the building.
Who manages the residence?
A full-time residence manager is on-site daily. Our operations and student relations teams are contactable by phone and email.
What does the monthly fee include?
Rent, WiFi, water, laundry access, and cleaning of common areas. There are no surprise add-ons.
Can funding support the cost?
Funding and placement processes can vary. Contact our team for current guidance and required documentation.
